Core Awakening Journey: Unconditional Loving Kindness 101
Core Awakening Journey is an ongoing process of growth and unfoldment into an ever-increasing embodyment of conscious loving awareness. Core Alignment is a 60 hour immersion over 6 days, teaching fundamentals in the art and science of aligning and integrating your body, emotions, heart and mind. Core Alignment teaches you how to powerfully and gracefully engage your breath, body, thoughts and emotions to unravel and re-code the limbic (emotional) patterning of your bodymind for lasting, easeful change.
Every person's inner and outer life is regulated by imprinting that begins at conception, continues in the womb, through the birth process and subsequently, the early years of child development. Additionally, through the powerful mechanism of bonding, which is initiated around the birth process itself, every person becomes emotionally attached to their imprinting.
Virtually all of your experiences beyond your first few years of life are reiterations of dynamical patterns generated by this initial core imprint and the loyalty to preserving that imprint via bonding and attachment. This imprint filters ALL THAT YOU PERCEIVE. Some of your imprinting has a positive effect in supporting you through life while some creates both visible and invisible limitations and blocks. Because your body "believes" it needs the dynamic of your imprint present in order to survive, you will reiterate your core patterns for the rest of your life -- AND unconsciously protect them!
We call this field of attraction and interaction your Instinctual Survival Zone™.
Your Instinctual Survival Zone generates and regulates complex patterns of interactions within your mind-body system. These patterns are, in part, intrinsically designed to maintain the equilibrium of your survival zone. In plain terms, from your body's early perspective, these patterns are designed to return you to safety.
A simplified example is this: If you were born prematurely and immediately placed in an incubator, a dominant imprint may read, "I survive by being touched very little and therefore must have little or no contact." This sets up a complex pattern of contradiction, we call "cross-wiring" in your Instinctual Survival Zone (ISZ) where, in present time, you simultaneously want touch AND feel stressed by touch, thereby causing intrinsic and confusing resistance to the intimacy you desire! You may blame yourself or the other person, but the root of the issue is to be found on a map that is hidden from view and is driven by your body's survival imperative.
These reactions and responses occur mostly below your conscious awareness. Normally you only become aware of them when, for example, a meaningful relationship becomes challenged, or you fail, once again, to create a loving, nourishing and inspired experience in your relationship. Fulfillment of your life purpose, finding work that is fulfilling or meeting your goals and dreams, is another area where your ISZ creates stress and limitation.
You have your own version of how this dynamic manifests in your life. Have you ever felt as if you were hitting your head on an invisible glass ceiling, unable to rise above an old habit, pattern or escape from a limiting circumstance? Most people turn on themselves or blame the world and people around them because of their sense of powerlessness to make the change they truly long for. Settling for less is not the answer!
In Core Alignment you will uncover and explore your Instinctual Survival Zone, the generator of this mysterious limiting force. You will discover why, no matter what you do or how aware you feel you become, you find yourself drawn into certain familiar patterns again and again, seemingly against your will.
